JPI America, Inc. represents JPI Seoul as the exclusive distributor in the Americas and has added new products to its line of radiology components and equipment. We continue to search for complementary radiology equipment and components to present to our large customer base. JPI markets and sells to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s), wholesale distributors, and retail dealers in the United States, Canada, Central America and South America.

JPI AMERICA’S COMMITMENT TO SERVICE:

JPI America is dedicated to providing the most efficient and courteous service to all of our customers. An easy to remember toll-free phone line enables our customers to contact us from the office or on the road. Most purchase orders are processed and shipped the same day they are received. Inventory for blanket and open orders are stored in our warehouse for at least one month in advance of the date it is due. This ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers. For five consecutive years JPI America has received excellent reviews for quality and delivery on our OEM and distributor annual vendor performance rating.
